Master Black Black, 65g

Master Elites are high-intensity powdered food coloring, created to tint sugar ingredients such as: royal icing, fondant, buttercream, batters and MORE! They are color crystals that require moisture in order to activate, so you will see the powdered color in the jar often does not match the name on the label! Once activated by moisture, however, the color will turn to the intended tone and create the most GORGEOUS, vibrant variations you have ever seen!

Master Elites are different from Elites Dusts, as they are made to mix inside of your ingredients ONLY. They cannot color chocolate, as they are not fat soluble - the only exception is Black and White Master Elite which are made from FDA Compliant oxides.

It will take MORE Black and White powder than any other Master Elite powder to achieve your desired tones, which is why they are sold in 33g jars exclusively.
